On-time student cancellation
The original credit bucket is restored. Rescheduling is atomic: if the new time cannot be booked, the existing lesson remains unchanged.
Late cancellation or student no-show
The lesson credit is not restored. A teacher or administrator cancellation always restores the original credit.
Payment refunds
Purchased credits and subscription charges are handled separately from lesson-credit restoration. Final refund eligibility and statutory rights will be stated in the reviewed launch policy.
