TRG Japan keeps scheduling, lesson access, credits, and guardian notices together—without relying on a payment redirect or a manually shared room.

Create a learner profile
Add the learner’s timezone, age band, Japanese level, and interests. Guardians manage profiles for younger learners.

Choose credits
Buy a single lesson or a monthly plan. Stripe handles payment; credits appear only after a verified webhook.

Book an open time
Choose an approved teacher and an available start time. Booking and credit deduction happen together, so a slot cannot be double-booked.
- 04
Enter the classroom
Lesson access appears in the dashboard. Discord rooms are provisioned shortly before eligible lessons; Google Meet is the standard classroom for learners under 16, with Zoom as backup.
