Accounts and guardians
Users must provide accurate information. Guardians are responsible for consent, billing, and bookings for learners they manage. Teacher and administrator access is invitation-only.
Lesson conduct
Participants must respect teacher directions, privacy, and classroom boundaries. Private links and Discord invites may not be shared. Recording requires prior written consent from every required party.
Credits and subscriptions
Stripe is the billing source of truth. Credits are granted only after verified payment events. Subscription rollover, plan changes, cancellations, and refunds follow the displayed policy and applicable law.
Availability and integrations
The platform may use Discord, Google Meet, or a unique Zoom backup meeting. Service interruptions will be handled under the final reviewed continuity and refund terms.
Governing terms
Legal entity details, governing law, consumer notices, limitation language, and international-sales provisions must be added by qualified counsel before launch.
