Do I need Discord?+
No. Learners under 16 use Google Meet, and a teacher can use Google Meet when Discord identity requirements are not met. Zoom is available only as a backup when Google meeting creation fails or an administrator provides a unique meeting.
Can siblings share an account?+
A guardian can manage more than one learner profile. Credits belong to the guardian’s billing account and the guardian chooses the learner at booking.
How do group lessons work?+
Intermediate plans can invite up to two eligible guest learners, while Advanced plans can invite up to four. The booking owner pays one credit. Every guest must accept before classroom provisioning.
What happens if I cancel?+
A valid cancellation restores the same kind of credit you used. The cutoff is 24 hours for Single and Beginner, 12 hours for Intermediate, and 8 hours for Advanced.
Do credits expire?+
Purchased credits do not expire. Subscription credits roll over while the subscription is active, with grants capped at twice the plan’s monthly allowance.
What timezone is used?+
All times are stored in UTC and shown using the IANA timezone saved on your profile. Booking confirmations repeat the local time.
